Flower & Fendler, Inc. is a family business owned by Sean Flower and Donald Fendler. Sean and Don have a long history in the St. Louis homebuilding industry, and were the top executives at a large local homebuilding company prior to forming Flower & Fendler.
We have over 30 years of combined experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, and Sean was recently nominated to be the incoming President of the Homebuilders Association of St. Louis for 2009-2010.
We focus on providing high quality, energy efficient, luxury homes in the St. Louis Area. We have the most extensive "Included Features" and best "Luxury and Energy Efficiency" options in the business. We take great care in selecting our communities, and only choose to build in very select and prime locations in the St. Louis area.
We take a personal approach to building each of our homes. We feel that building top quality home with the latest features and technologies, all at a great price, is only the minimum you should expect from your builder. We meet with our customers extensively and regularly throughout the homebuilding process, and make sure they are well served. Our customers are not a number to us, they are important clients, and very often great referral sources.
A home is likely the largest purchase your family will ever make, and it is important that you choose the right builder to deliver that home. We strive to provide the best product and best overall building experience in the industry. We won't close a home that we would not move into ourselves. Our service does not end with the closing. We warranty your home for 1 year of craftsmanship, and provide a 10 year structural warranty.
